DTF ARTWORK DISCLAIMER

All customer-supplied artwork is printed exactly as uploaded.  DTFDALLASTEXAS does not automatically remove, clean up, modify, or correct backgrounds, shadows, glow effects, transparent or semi-transparent pixels, white boxes, outlines, borders, stray pixels, poor edges, low-resolution images, spelling errors, incorrect colors, or other elements contained in the submitted file.

Anything visible or embedded in your artwork may be printed, including white, black, or colored backgrounds and pixels that may be difficult to see on your screen. Shadows and transparent effects may print with a white underbase and may appear differently when printed as a DTF transfer.

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork with a fully transparent background, preferably as a high-resolution PNG file at 300 DPI and at the correct final print size. Colors may vary between your screen and the finished print due to differences in monitors, artwork settings, inks, materials, and the DTF printing process.

By submitting your artwork and placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the file and accept responsibility for the quality, accuracy, sizing, resolution, transparency, and overall appearance of the submitted design. JZ Branding is not responsible for undesirable results caused by customer-supplied artwork. Refunds, replacements, or free reprints will not be provided for problems already present in the uploaded file.
